Here are described some of the TutorHomePage features.
Define a group of allowed users (students/colleagues)
You can define a course and allow access to that area for a group pf students/colleagues. This allows you to share files, data or other contents for that specific group of members. Those allowed users can then be part of one or several goups (after being validated by you).
Users that are not members of a certain group will not be allowed to consult the members contents (files, news, etc.).
Users can download (contents make available by the administrator) or upload (contentes make available by group members) files to the THP system.

Collecting works
You can open a time window for your students to upload their works on file regarding certain course. Only allowed users will have acess to upload files. This allows you to impose deadlines and to organize the collected data in specific folders, one for each course.

Upload files to the system
It is easy for a valid user, registered in the system, to upload a file. Files can be submited several times and in case of files with the same name only the last one will be stored, but all the actions are registered. You will see those log files to know the sequence of uploads, in case of several acurrences.
